WHAT IS EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY?
Exercise Physiologists (EP’s) are University qualified practitioners that design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities.
EP’s have a wide set of skills they use to treat, assess, and develop movement patterns. They are masters of movement, whether it’s for sports performance or rehabilitation. If you have a small niggle or are in the initial stages of recovery post-operation.
We can help you.
Exercise Physiologist’s are equipped with the tools to help manage and treat chronic health conditions through exercise intervention. Gentle, easy to follow and for all levels of fitness, ages, conditions and walks of life, EP’s have the skillset to help you get on top of your health.
